1.1 Audio Files

• We access audio files ONLY when you select them.
• Files are processed LOCALLY on your device.
• We do NOT upload audio files to any server.
• We do NOT store audio content on our servers.

1.2 Device Permissions Used

• READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To read audio files from storage.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save exported audio files.
• RECORD_AUDIO: Only when you use the Voice Recorder.
• READ_CONTACTS: Only when you assign a ringtone to a contact.
• WRITE_SETTINGS: Only to set the system ringtone or alarm.

1.3 Analytics Data

If utilizing analytics (e.g., Firebase), we may collect anonymous data including:

• App crash reports
• Feature usage statistics
• Device type, OS version, App version
• Country/Region (not precise location)
• Session duration

We do NOT collect: Name, Email, Phone, or precise location.

1.4 Purchase Data

• Managed entirely by Google Play.
• We only receive a purchase token, product ID, and status.
• We do NOT store credit card or payment information.

1.5 Local Storage on Device

• App settings/preferences
• Project files (saved editing sessions)
• Export history
• EQ presets

All stored ONLY on your device — NOT on our servers.

2. Data We DO NOT COLLECT

We explicitly state we DO NOT collect:

• Real name or personal identity
• Email address or Phone number
• Precise GPS location
• Contents of audio files (we don't read or upload audio data)
• Contact names or phone numbers (we only use READ_CONTACTS to display the picker)
• Browsing history, Biometric data, or Financial information

3. How We USE Data

• Analytics data: To improve app performance and fix bugs.
• Crash reports: To identify and fix crashes.
• Purchase data: To verify Pro subscription status.
• Permissions: Only for the specific feature that needs them.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents/guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us.
